At TLScontact, we work with governments from around the world to provide visa and consular services on their behalf to travellers and citizens. Our core expertise, built up in visa processing, enables us to apply our secure processing experience to a wide range of government and citizen services, both abroad and in-country. Harnessing new technology, we support governments in their digital transformation, helping to improve efficiency and enhance customer service.
As part of our Future Talent initiative, we are launching a graduate hiring programme targeting outstanding technology and physics graduates, with positions based in China, Morocco, and Egypt.
About the roles
We're hiring for entry level positions across technology and physics adjacent functions, including IT and systems, engineering, and technical operations, supporting how TLScontact processes and secures citizen and government services at scale. Each hire is placed in one of our three hub locations based on their background and the needs of that market.
This is a graduate programme, not a single role hire. Successful candidates join a structured 3 year track, starting with hands on onboarding and a dedicated mentor, moving into specialization or broader exposure in year two, and stepping into greater ownership by year three.
Candidate criteria
- Academic record
A very promising academic ranking, with strong performance in core technology or physics coursework.
- Demonstrated potential
A final year project, thesis, internship, or competition result that reflects genuine technical depth and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real problems.
- Career direction
A clearly articulated 3 to 5 year career plan, with a coherent rationale for how this role fits within it.
- International outlook
Prior exposure to international environments through study, research, exchange programs, or competitions, reflecting genuine interest in working across borders.
- Sector awareness
A demonstrated understanding of TLScontact's business and the value of the opportunity being offered, beyond generic interest in "international experience."
At TLScontact, we are cultivating a supportive, inclusive working environment where all our employees can thrive and express their talent, whatever their gender, background, race, or religion.
