Ensure compliance to SW Industry satndards (ASPICE, MISRA, ISO26262, ISO21434, UN156, AECDs & DD, etc) and to CUSTOMER development sw guidelines and processes (SW Guidelines, DMOV, SW standards, Stages Process, etc). This includes conducting work product reviews and audits and process adherance checks, Supporting SW teams in gaos closure and prevention of further findings/deviations. Monitors software quality KPIs (Ex: resource consumption, MISRA, W Complexity, traceability, test coverage, etc) during project execution throughout development lifecycle to identify potential risks, define corrective actions, and report results and KPIs to leadership and program stakeholders.
. Define, update and publish SW Quality standards
. Ensure the internal process standards are adhered to be projects through out execution.
· Review SW releases to ensure software meets release acceptance criteria.
· Ensure the minimum quality criteria of work products is met.
· Ensure configuration items are properly management through Baseline audits.
· Support the team in addressing findings and gaps.
· Keep review criteria (checklists) updated with lessons learned
· Act as an active part of the product development to ensure product quality is part of the development
· Create and publish SW quality KPIs on regular basis and communicate risks to SW stakeholders.
· Define SW maturity gates and track SW against the defined gates to identify and report deviations.
· Perform risk assessment of SW projects to short list suppliers for compliance assessments.
· Planning and organization of supplier assessments together with internal stakeholders
· Ensure suppliers' compliance to CUSTOMER standards for ASPICE, FuSa, Cyber Security, and AECDs. Also follow up on improvement action plans till closure.
· Standard communication of supplier score cards to impacted stakeholders.
