To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for an HR Officer (m/f/d), full-time or part-time, as soon as possible.
We are looking for an committed personality who combines sound HR administration with a modern understanding of HR work and who is keen to further develop our HR processes together with us.
**Your tasks:**
- You support employees and managers in all HR-related questions and accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from entry to exit.
- You independently handle contract management and create employment contracts, contract amendments, supplementary agreements, certificates and other HR-relevant documents.
- You process individual personnel measures and ensure reliable monitoring of deadlines and appointments.
- You maintain and update personnel files and master data and ensure structured and legally secure HR documentation.
- You actively participate in the preparation and execution of payroll accounting and independently process payroll-relevant matters.
- You take on tasks in reporting and certification and handle questions from social security and tax law.
- You support managers in HR management, collective agreement and labor law questions and prepare corresponding matters in a structured way.
- You participate in recruiting and hiring processes - from job advertisement and applicant management to hiring and onboarding.
- You actively contribute to personnel development and support the planning and coordination of further training measures as well as the development of suitable personnel development instruments.
- You participate in the further development, standardization and digitalization of our HR processes and contribute your own ideas for modern and service-oriented HR work.
- Depending on experience and interest, you take on further projects and special topics in the HR area.
**Your profile:**
- A completed commercial or administrative vocational training with an additional qualification in HR management, a degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally several years of professional experience in operational HR work, HR administration or HR support.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and, if possible, knowledge of labor law, collective agreement law, social security law and tax law.
- Experience in contract management and a good understanding of the legal and organizational requirements of modern HR work.
- Confidence in using common Microsoft Office applications and ideally experience with HR administration and payroll systems.
- A structured, careful and independent way of working as well as the ability to keep an overview even with different topics and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in being a competent and reliable contact person for employees and managers.
- A high degree of responsibility, discretion and loyalty in handling sensitive personal information.
- Initiative, solution orientation and the willingness to question existing processes and further develop them together with us.
