### **Your tasks**
With us, you will have the opportunity to get to know all areas of a modern slaughtering and cutting plant and to prepare specifically for a future management role.
- You will go through various company areas such as cutting, quartering, high-bay warehouse and goods receiving and gain a comprehensive insight into our production processes.
- You will support our departments and managers in day-to-day business and gradually take on more responsibility.
- You will contribute to the organisation and control of production processes and, if required, deputise for the respective department heads.
- You will coordinate cooperation with the sales, dispatch and logistics areas and ensure a smooth flow of information.

### **Ihre Aufgaben**
Bei uns erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit, sämtliche Bereiche eines modernen Schlacht- und Zerlegebetriebs kennenzulernen und sich gezielt auf eine zukünftige Führungsaufgabe vorzubereiten.
- Sie durchlaufen verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche wie beispielsweise Zerlegung, Abviertelung, Hochregallager und Wareneingang und gewinnen einen umfassenden Einblick in unsere Produktionsabläufe.
- Sie unterstützen unsere Abteilungen und Führungskräfte im Tagesgeschäft und übernehmen schrittweise mehr Verantwortung.
- Sie wirken bei der Organisation und Steuerung der Produktionsabläufe mit und vertreten bei Bedarf die jeweiligen Abteilungsleiter.
- Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Verkauf, Versand und Logistik und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
- Sie übernehmen die Ein- und Auslagerung von Waren sowie die Bestandsüberwachung.
- Sie verwiegen Waren, erfassen die Daten in unserem EDV-System und stellen eine korrekte Dokumentation sicher.
- Sie nehmen Rinderviertel entgegen, führen Wareneingangskontrollen durch und überwachen die Produktqualität.
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsstandards sicher.
### **Ihr Profil**
- Ausbildung als Metzger / Fleischer, Lebensmitteltechniker, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder vergleichbar
- gute EDV Kenntnisse und technisches Verständnis für das Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Berufserfahrung als Metzger im industriellen Umfeld wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Rinder (Gattung, HKL, Fettstufe)
- gute Organisationsfähigkeit
