- · Examination planning
- · Coordination of lecturers
- · Management of the application process for the Bachelor in Business Administration
- · Coordination of module handbooks (creation and updates)
- · Preparation and minute-taking of examination board meetings
- · Recognition (preliminary review and preparation: lateral entry, examination achievements from previous studies, coursework, foreign recognitions, ...)
- · Administration of internal Moodle courses (BW General, study abroad, etc.)
- · Conducting student surveys
- · Coordination of accreditation processes
Your profile:
- · Completed university degree in business administration, economics, social sciences, educational management, higher education management or a comparable programme.
- · Alternatively: degree in humanities or administrative sciences with relevant professional experience in an academic environment.
- · Knowledge of university processes: basic understanding of examination regulations, accreditation procedures, study organisation and committee work
- · Process and digitalisation skills: proficient use of common campus management systems (e.g. LSF, HISinOne) as well as modern office tools
- · First practical experience in university administration, science management, student advising or faculty development is an advantage.
- · Organisational and interface skills: demonstrable ability to independently coordinate complex processes between teachers, students and central administration.
- · Strong communication skills & service orientation: very good oral and written expression as well as empathy and assertiveness in dealing with various target groups.
- · Language skills: very good English skills in speech and writing for supporting international students and communicating with partner universities.
