- Overall responsibility for the further development of executive compensation systems including STI, LTI and benefits.
- Development and management of market-compliant compensation strategies, incentive models and compensation logics.
- Conducting and evaluating market benchmarks, compensation analyses and competitive comparisons as a basis for strategic decisions.
- Development, maintenance and review of compensation bands, job grading systems and internal compensation architectures in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Technical responsibility for grading reviews, job evaluations and plausibility checks.
- Further development of the performance management system including calibration and steering processes.
- Preparation of decision-ready documents and recommendations for action for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and personnel committees as well as advising the Executive Board and senior executives on all questions of executive compensation.
- Technical management of external consulting firms, market studies and special analyses.
