**The area of responsibility essentially comprises:**
- Management of the unit "Administration, procedural matters, budget"
- Collaboration in the office of the Expert Committee for Property Values through:
- Derivation and analysis of further data required for valuation within the meaning of Section 193 of the German Building Code (BauGB)
- Development and management of processes for data collection for the rent database (Section 558e of the German Civil Code, BGB) and the building database
- Processing of administrative procedures under the Bremen State Road Act
- Processing of budget and administrative matters including maintenance of employee and network data as well as participation in the maintenance of the business register GEORG
- Processing of objections in the areas of construction and fee law for the Surveying and Cadastral Office and the Expert Committee for Property Values
- Representation of the department head
