**Your tasks**
- participation in menu planning, recipe creation and nutritional value calculations
- support in the procurement of goods in the dietetic area
- organisation, preparation and control of all diet and special diet forms according to the diet form catalogue and individual needs
- ensuring, updating and adapting the catering catalogue
- checking the distribution of meals in the production areas
- implementation of the diet, nutritional labelling and hygiene regulations
- processing and checking of meal orders, as a basis for all further processes in patient care
- ensuring the dietetically correct nutrition of all patients
- monitoring of all medical prescriptions and compliance with the specified recipes
- interface between the ward, patient and Klinik Catering Chemnitz GmbH, in all matters of nutrition
- compliance with the guidelines of staff food hygiene (HACCP)
