Stellenbeschreibung
- Unterstützung dabei, die Anforderungen zu definieren, die Techniker:innen für eine sichere und reibungslose Inbetriebnahme unserer Lichtlösungen benötigen. Außerdem überprüfst du diese Anforderungen, vor der Produktfreigabe.
- Du entwickelst die Trainingskonzepte, und leitest entsprechende Trainingsformate ab. Anschließend erstellst du die Inhalte für Präsenztrainings, und sorgst für die Beschaffung des benötigten Equipments. Präsenztrainings führst du selbstständig durch.
- Die Fähigkeit hochwertige E-Learnings zu erstellen, runden dein Profil ab.
- Du unterstützt unsere Techniker:innen, Partner und Kund:innen bei der ganzheitlichen Lösungsfindung – telefonisch, per E-Mail, remote oder direkt vor Ort – damit unsere Lichtlösungen optimal auf die Kundenbedürfnisse abgestimmt sind.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess ein, indem du Erkenntnisse aus Schulungen, Support- und Reklamationsfällen systematisch an die Produktentwicklung weitergibst.
Anforderungen
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Gebäudemanagementsystemen.
- Alternativ bringst du als Quereinsteiger:in mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Support- oder Trainingsbereich mit, bist technisch versiert und Begriffe wie Automatisierung, Gebäudeleittechnik oder Netzwerktechnik sind dir vertraut.
- Du bist ein verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einem souveränen Auftreten.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld und bist bereit, ca. 20 % deiner Arbeitszeit auf Dienstreisen zu verbringen.
