Head of Customer Service (m/f/d)

You are the central point of contact for our customers and an important interface within the entire company. Your area of responsibility includes in particular: Leadership and coordination of a 3-person customer service team Support and advice for our customers as well as complaint and returns management Customer contact with health insurance funds, doctors and hospitals Responsibility for the entire order processing as well as delivery and billing processes Close cooperation and ongoing coordination with sales, accounting, purchasing as well as warehouse & logistics Maintenance and ongoing updating of customer and master data Optimisation of existing procedures and processes in Customer Service Your profile: Several years of professional experience in customer support, customer service or inside sales Ideally already leadership experience or experience in coordinating a team Pronounced organisational strength and structured way of working High customer and service orientation as well as a professional appearance Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working Confident handling of CRM and/or ERP systems Good knowledge of English Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different company departments Sense of responsibility We offer: Immediate start in a responsible position Flexible working hours and full-time employment with 38.5 hours/week A varied activity with personal responsibility Intensive onboarding and subject-specific further training Short decision-making paths and close cooperation within the team Location in the district of Baden Company parking space directly at the location Use of a company pool vehicle possible Your salary: For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 55,000,- for full-time (38.5 hours/week).
