As a referent:in of the division management (with a legal background), you are in direct exchange with the division management of ÖBB Terminal Service Austria (TSA) and support them in various topics related to the technical management and coordination of the terminals throughout Austria in order to achieve the greatest possible customer satisfaction.
In doing so, you act as an interface to various stakeholders and independently take on technical (partly legal) topics and projects.
Technical support of the division management in the ongoing management of terminal operations as well as contribution to the success of the terminals in the background through your expertise.
Independent assumption of demanding technical design topics.
Independent preparation of various issues, involvement of relevant experts as well as consolidation of information and data into a decision-ready presentation for management or the division management.
Analysis and processing of legal topics in connection with operational business cases (contract design, damage management, customer agreements), as well as consideration of legal developments relevant to terminal operations.
Conducting audits within the framework of risk management and thus supporting a stable and compliant flow of transport and logistics processes at the terminals.
Monitoring of relevant KPIs, derivation of measures in the sense of continuous improvement as well as active participation in deviation management.
Review of performance requirements for feasibility and resource availability as well as legal support for terminal managers.
Participation in technical projects as well as close cooperation with internal and external interfaces.
Support of the ICS (internal control system) as well as funding topics/R&D.
Coordination of trade law topics and data protection.
Your profile
We look forward to getting to know you if you have a university degree (preferably in law or business law) or a comparable qualification and have a pronounced understanding of customer-oriented business models, ideally in the rail/logistics/transport environment.
Confident handling of MS Office is a matter of course for you and you also communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
