Independent management of supplier complaints incl. analysis, evaluation and structured preparation of error data.
Creation of legally secure and technically sound complaint documents (evidence, measurement reports, documentation).
Management of escalation processes (e.g. 4D/8D methods) as well as follow-up of corrective actions at suppliers.
Conducting technical root cause analyses and evaluating deviations based on drawings, standards and specifications.
Review and enforcement of contractual claims (warranty, guarantees, LCC) incl. cost preparation and calculation for recharging.
Close cross-departmental collaboration as well as contribution to the continuous optimization of claim management and supplier quality.
Your profile
You have a
completed technical education (e.g. apprenticeship
with master craftsperson, technical school, workshop master, HTL, FH or university) in the field of
mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle technology or mechatronics.
Professional experience in claim management - ideally in large construction projects or
the rail vehicle industry or railway transport companies - are desirable.
You have pronounced
negotiation skills and excellent communication skills.
You bring analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
A structured,
independent and team-oriented way of working is fun for you.
Good German and English skills are important in this role.
We require sound MS Office knowledge (Excel), experience with SAP is desirable.
Our offer
For
the function "Specialist System Management", a minimum salary of €
55,037.00 gross/year is envisaged for an employment extent of 38.5
weekly hours. Depending on qualification and professional experience,
an overpayment is possible.
