Entwicklung und operative Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen und -programmen
Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops, Veranstaltungen und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Programmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung, Talententwicklung, Führungskräfteentwicklung und Kompetenzentwicklung
Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und organisatorischen Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von E-Learning-Angeboten und digitalen Lernformaten
Eigenständige Steuerung und Umsetzung von HR- und Personalentwicklungsprojekten
Auswahl, Koordination und Steuerung externer Trainer und Dienstleister
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Personalentwicklungsinstrumente und -prozesse

Qualifikationsprofil

Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung, HR oder Organisationsentwicklung von Vorteil (idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen)
Trainer bzw. Coaching Ausbildung von Vorteil

Interesse an modernen Lern-, Entwicklungs- und Führungskonzepten
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen; Erfahrung mit Learning-Management-Systemen von Vorteil
