As
Senior Group Treasury Manager
you actively help shape the financial stability and future viability of the AVL Group. In an international environment, you identify and manage financial risks, develop suitable financing and hedging strategies and advise our companies worldwide on complex treasury issues. In doing so, you combine sound financial expertise with strategic foresight and drive the further development of our global treasury processes.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Identification and management of group-wide financial risks, particularly in the areas of liquidity, interest rates and currencies
Contribution to international major customer projects and tenders with a focus on FX, guarantee and payment flow management
Development and implementation of suitable hedging strategies for individual companies, projects and for the AVL Group
Active contribution to projects and day-to-day treasury operations
Close collaboration with specialist departments, international AVL companies as well as banks and financing partners
Further development of group-wide liquidity and guarantee planning as well as treasury reporting
Further development, optimization and digitalization of the Treasury Management System (TMS) as well as the associated processes and interfaces
Contribution to the management of group financing as well as the structuring of intercompany and external financing solutions
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed education (university, university of applied sciences or comparable degree) with a focus on finance, controlling, banking, business administration or a related field
At least five years of relevant professional experience in corporate treasury or in the finance area of an internationally active company
Sound experience in group financing, liquidity, currency and guarantee management as well as in the further development of digital treasury processes
Knowledge of accounting, especially IFRS, as well as experience with treasury systems (ION Treasury) such as SAP S4/HANA is an advantage
Experience in international projects as well as in collaboration with global stakeholders
Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working combined with a high level of team orientation and commitment
Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English

Annual salary:

However, we definitely offer market-compliant pay depending on qualifications and professional experience.

IHR AUFGABENBEREICH:
Identifikation und Steuerung gruppenweiter Finanzrisiken, insbesondere in den Bereichen Liquidität, Zinsen und Währungen
Mitarbeit bei internationalen Großkund:innenprojekten und Ausschreibungen mit Fokus auf FX-, Garantie- und Zahlungsstrommanagement

Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten und im Treasury-Tagesgeschäft
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, internationalen AVL-Gesellschaften sowie Banken und Finanzierungspartner:innen
Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten Liquiditäts- und Garantieplanung sowie des Treasury-Reportings
Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung des Treasury Management Systems (TMS) sowie der zugehörigen Prozesse und Schnittstellen
Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung der Konzernfinanzierung sowie der Strukturierung von Intercompany- und externen Finanzierungslösungen
IHR PROFIL:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Universität, FH- oder vergleichbarer Abschluss) mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, Banking, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Corporate Treasury oder im Finanzbereich eines international tätigen Unternehmens
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzernfinanzierung, dem Liquiditäts-, Währungs- und Garantiemanagement sowie der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Treasury-Prozesse
Kenntnisse im Accounting speziell mit IFRS sowie Erfahrung mit Treasury-Systemen (ION Treasury) wie SAP S4/HANA von Vorteil
